Fairly clean and ideal place, amicable and efficient stuff. The double room with window loking into internal yard, facilities worked for us. Marvellous and stunning location near the main train station, easy to get anywhere. Large breakfast, great services.

The service was absolutely friendly! Very central location of this traditional hotel was a bonus.

Marvellous and fantastic location right next to the Christmas night market, easy to get anywhere. Also - near the best shopping / cathedral, eateries and a square in the very centre of Cologne. Modern unit with a double bed. Well priced and lovely breakfast for hot drinks, friendly service.

It was surely a very good stay in the old town of Cologne. It was a top location very close to the center of town near shopping, bars, restaurants, river Rhine, Dom, and the centre of Cologne. Downstairs bar was lively.

The location was best possible, steps away from Broadley Street Gardens. We got the comfort double room and it was brand-new. Everything was fine, even so a few employees were busy.

Had a really really nice stay in the old town of Cologne. The view from our new-fashioned king room was magnificent. The hotel was placed in the very central location on the main square that had a Christmas Market. Moreover, it's short walk to lots of restaurants, the centre of all colognes attractions, and the center of night life surrounded by bars.

Overall it was big and huge in a good condition. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Comfortable and best possible location steps away from Cologne Philharmonic Hall. Pretty close to the airport, 20 km. Professional staff with smiles.

The stay here was really nice in the old town of Cologne. There was an extremely comfy bed in the new-fashioned room, I slept very well. The property's location was marvellous and incredible, in "touristy" areas. Visited Peters Brauhaus for a few drinks, it was not too far away from the hotel, recommend.

I enjoyed the well priced and large breakfast served for hot drinks. It was new-fashioned, spotless and with the window open.

Never had a better trip before, everything was great. The service provided there was welcoming. They had an easy check-in. Its location was indeed great and stunning and only 5 minutes walk from a giant Gothic cathedral. There was a lot of bars and restaurants. I often visited a downstairs bar

Unbeatable location in Zentrum district close enough to dem Restaurant einen Platz and the central train station and Dom. Fab food for reasonably priced breakfast. A kind of good service.

The units are airy, modern with a nice bathroom, a view over the xmas markets, as example. The hotel boasts very central location close to railway station.

The restaurant here was beautiful with very good italian food, we both ordered appetising dishes.

We stay in double room quite often, it is airy and simply decorated. The location is particularly good, 5 minutes' walk to an art gallery.

The location was decent, at a walking distance from Hohenzollern Bridge. The staff was welcoming and efficient the entire time. The unit we got was airy with a nice bathroom, nice view to the Heumarkt, as for instance...

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Ludwig Museum was top. Our reasonably well appointed and well-equipped room was complete with nice view to the Heumarkt, a nice bathroom, for example.

Facilities were very pleasant, yet Wi-Fi was bad.

A comfy hotel, we had a real good stay. Appreciated the comfort king room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It was neat and had a stunning view of garden. The staff was professional with exceptional services. Awesome and decent location to attractions like a Roman - Catholic cathedral, that was steps away from the venue. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

Location: the hotel was near to the center of night life surrounded by bars, the Heumarkt, and the Christmas market. Altstadt-Nord district was worth exploring.

It was the best of Cologne hotels I visited before. Clean and fantastic place and the breakfast was large. The bed was very comfy and room was modern & airy. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was welcoming.

The place is comfy and original, met the demands. The breakfasts for hot drinks. Exceptional, stunning location so close to the city center, the Albergo restaurant and a lovely cafe. Excellent service during our excellent stay. Easy check-in. Great way to end our christmas.

the breakfast was reasonably priced for hot drinks and the food was savoury. the rooms were spotless and new-fashioned with a double bed, so felt claustophobic, a nice view, that's all we needed. the location was marvellous and decent, within walking distance of st peter's church.
