Breakfast was plentiful, lovely views, amazing location close enough to the centre of town and the Messe. Recently refurbished and generous sized rooms with functional bathrooms and an electric kettle and fridges. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

We had a reasonably large room where an individual safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar were available. Appreciated a reasonably large bathroom.

That was exceptionally comfortable hotel set in very quite area, really close to the landmarks and public transport, the main cathedral and all the christmas markets and the centre. My breakfast was rich with many options to choose from. The location turned out to be great.

Very quiet area, very central location just next door to the centre of the main shopping district, the city center and 3 of the Christmas markets: Heavenue, Neumarkt-Angel's Market and village of ST, and shopping centers. Lovely and absolutely excellent breakfast option with freshly squeezed juice and omlette, for instance.

A work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room and the big bed.

Enjoyed my absolutely amazing stay with an excellent service. The staff were extremely polite and supper friendly and the restaurant was good! The breakfast was rich and gorgeous and included.

We appreciated the hotel, it was ideal and fairly clean. The venue had indeed a fantastic location close to tram stations. Moreover, it was just next door to the center of Cologne, and the shopping areas.

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was wonderful not far from the main rail station, the cathedral and the city and restaurants and bars. The breakfast was rich and lovely and with many options to choose from; the stuff was amicable. The daily service was terrific.

The rooms were huge and stylish with separate beds, plenty storage space, an awesome view. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from National Football Museum.

I've had a really really nice stay with an excellent service. I was offered a room with exceptional views on the cathedral. Tea/coffee making equipment and refrigerators were an advantage.

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely incredible hotel, it has very-very nice staff at the reception desk. The room is big size and huge with sofa bed, also they can offer wake-up service. Every time in Cologne, I choose this place.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has gorgeous views of the cathedral and city. Courteous and incredible staff as one would expect. The location is very central, not far from many cafes and restaurants and nice streets and shops, centre shopping malls and shops, restaurants, museums. Don't forget to visit nearby Hommage, they have best coffee ever.

It is an exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous property located in Neustadt-Sud district adjacent to the best shopping street, and pieno centro. The rooms are tidy and have absolutely gorgeous view on the cathedral. The location is magnificent and amazing, on the S-Bahn station. Offers exceptional service and appetising food. It also has premium internet and safe parking.

They gave me neat and tasteful room with a spectacular view, separate wardrobe plus earplugs. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge upon arrival. As for me, the location was best possible, adjacent to public transport and the cathedral, old town, the bridges...

The property was set in a downtown area. There were big beds and a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a television with satellite channels inside the room.

Recently refurbished hotel in an unbeatable position near the Christmas Market. Location near the fabulous steakhouse, the ASH, the city center. Again, walking distance to Hahnentorburg.

Fashionable rooms and down pillows. Extremely comfy bed, competent and efficient staff. Incredible and strategic location, not too far from The Hen. Near restaurants and bars. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free wifi!

It was worth its 4 stars. We think it's a good base for staying in Cologne. An electric kettle, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge are a nice touch. Pretty close to the airport, 12 miles...

We found Los Flamencos to dine in 400 feet from the hotel. Such city attractions as Museum Schnutgen were in front of this property.

Good sized room and comfortable bed. Our experience was AMAZING.
