The service was excellent with a quick check-in. I was offered a room with great views to the Cathedral.

The location is great and magnificent, it's in Altstadt-Nord district near to the restaurant and the main shopping streets. The staff is pleasant, polite.

Views are unpleasant and the bathrooms are quite small.

I was given practical and new-fashioned room just how expected it to be with a TV, a nice comfortable chair and shelves for clothes. The food was fantastic and the staff were excellent and top-class.

Central location convenient to the train stations. Well-equipped room and very clean bed. Very very helpful staff throughout.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the lovely building with affable staff. The room is extremely spacious with a particularly nice view. The location is wonderful and excellent, in the center.

The amazingly nice staff accommodated all the needs The hotel was so close to the main shopping area, shopping centers near nightlife near metro station and different Xmas Markets thanks to its great and magnificent location. Altstadt-Nord district was worth exploring.

The location is excellent and incredible, 2 km from a roman-catholic cathedral. And it's based in a very very nice area really close to walking distance of the bars as well as center of city.

Everything was perfect, very pleasant staff, great views over to the Cathedral. The location was perfect, not far from the train stations, as well as shopping areas, the centre of Cologne and the shopping area and historical centre. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walk from a grand Gothic cathedral.

The property was fairly clean, featured nice design, I appreciated it. The room was spotless and compact with comfortable beds and the overall experience was very nice! The location was exceptional, at a walking distance from Ludwig Museum. The area had plenty of restaurants and nice restaurants. Late check-out was useful.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

It deserves its 4 stars.

15 mins walk to the centre. had nice dainties at bastian's, located right by the hotel.
