The position was good, short walk from the train station. Overall the service was good.

The room was a nice size with large excellent bathroom, we stayed here for 2 nights. The staff members were friendly efficient and competent.

Wi-Fi was bad, not very good views.

Had 2 days in Cologne, spending our time here really good. The room itself was neat and with comfortable bathroom and a nice shower cubical plus a kettle. The personnel was very attentive and excellent co-operating. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was brilliant to satisfy everyone. I had tidy, practical room complete with the bathroom, air conditioning plus mirrors. The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Roman - Catholic cathedral. You could walk to a market and all the major shops. Tbh, had a comfortable stay on next business trip.

I was given very well decorated and a nice size room with mirrors, tea, coffee. This well-maintained and overall very nice hotel had central setting right next to the exhibition.

It is a simple property located in Altstadt-Nord district right by the cathedral as well as rail station. It has attentive and efficient staff and good services. The location is unbeatable and strategic, to the Christmas market.

Location was ideal, atmosphere - quiet. We appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a sitting area and a writing table. The management took care of us. This hotel is equal to 4 stars.

A single bed was very large and the whole room was comfortable. We greatly enjoyed location and the food here, everything needed for our vacation was provided. Breakfast selection was good!
