Exceptional food. Double superior and functional unit with a standard decor.

Beds were a bit hard.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. So very friendly, efficient staff that helped us with everything we needed.

The services were good. I was there before and would happily go back again.

Central location direct to Hansaring stop from the airport. Savoury breakfast with plenty of meals.

The unit we got was newly remodelled and decent sized with a very nice view, 3 single beds, as for instance. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were provided.

The staff was excellent, the accommodation was ideal and fairly clean. The staff provided exceptional service and helped us with everything we needed. The room we had was functional and decent sized with super fluffy sheets, a very nice view, as example.

Recently refurbished and decent size room with thoughtful tea making facilities, a mini bar, and coffee. Savoury breakfast selection, coffee, tea, bread, cereals, and pastries.

I enjoyed the room, it was neat and with pictures 3 bed and 2 single beds plus a very nice view. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were an advantage.

Had a really lovely stay during the Easter holidays, everything was perfect. Last time I stopped, had great-sized room with 3 single beds. All of the staff were best, decent.

The staff is efficient and so very friendly. The hotel's location is magnificent, very close to lovely cafes in the area, the city center and cathedral and dog friendly restaurants in the area. Mediapark district deserves your attention.

The whole experience was very nice, no reason to complain, can just recommend. The rooms are neat and functional and have gorgeous view of the lake. The positives include good and absolutely perfect location and parking onsite. There is an amazing restaurant for the staff at the restaurant.

Double superior room with comfortable beds, we had a really really nice stay. The venue was in a central location near to activities in centre and nearest local restaurant.

No complaint, overall it’s pretty standard and comfy place with excellent staff at the reception desk. The location is stunning and decent, 2 km from a renowned monument.

I asked for double room and it was recently renovated with 2 beds. The location turned out to be excellent.

The location was central, next to lovely cafes in the area, the City Centre and the Christmas Markets, and the Cathedral, Main Railway Station and the shops, and there were a cathedral and a cinema a short walk to the venue.

Ideal very good business property with exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. Nice design of interiors in superior king room. Large bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Stunning, magnificent location in Cologne, near to Very close to the restaurant, a beautiful square and bars and clubs. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a Wallraf-Richartz museum.

The location was central, unbeatable to the centre of Cologne. We stayed for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed the room, which was double superior with a double bed.

Got the same superior king room booked online with coffee machine, a pleasing modern style, for example. The staff was decent and very attentive when we had questions. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Dom cathedral, a beautiful lake and NH Collection Köln Mediapark. Mediapark district was worth visiting.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was tasty! The location was marvellous and prime, at a walking distance from basic. There was a pleasant restaurant relatively near the hotel.

Perfect food, excellent service and nice view of the lake. Sensational breakfast selection, welcoming staff. Stunning location in a quiet area next to a lake, and large bedrooms. And so close to a taxi, shopping street and the city center. Really nice stay, as always.

Its location within walking distance of Portal was marvellous and peaceful. There where an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk in the room, liked that.

Spotless, upscale units provided with a large mirror, BathTub and a very nice view. Good service, pleasant staff during stay.

We loved being there. Everything was excellent, we had good 1 day here. The venue was set in the central position short walk to the center of the city and the restaurant.

came here for 1 night stay, had a comfortable experience. our superior queen room was equipped with a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and an individual safe. we liked this stay.

It is amazing and peaceful hotel with a view over courtyard. The staff are efficient and courteous, they keep the place clean. Overall healthy food, plus there is Good Food close by. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location to explore Cologne and friendly service. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Breakfast costs eur 20 per person. Hotel was very clean.

Staff were useful, facility was very clean. Nice touristic places like Stadtgarten Cologne were near the hotel. We would definitely recommend the venue.

500 metres from the hotel you'll find Sushien, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Great base for a city trip in Cologne: )
