Spotlessly clean place, staff was caring. The room was functional, soundproof with a great view of the dom. There were tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator upon arrival. The service was absolutely exceptional.

The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated with an incredible view of the cathedral. It had a very beautiful bathroom and a laptop safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Liked my stay. The location was incredible very close to everything and the staff here was attentive and flexible. What's more, it was next to the' Altstadt',the cathedral, train station and old town and multiple Christmas markets and the cathedral.

Recently renovated building, best possible location just next door to the cathedral and railway station as well as the museums and other sites in the old town. A good choice of food options within a close distance from the venue.

Strategic central location and competent and attentive staff.

The location was excellent and perfect in the center and the atmosphere was quiet. The staff was very amiable and attentive, the breakfast offered was extensive with a good choice of food. The bed was comfortable, the room was functional with an absolutely breathtaking view.

The room was well-appointed and well laid out, bed comfy. The hotel had a central location in the centre of the city. The extremely helpful staff offered us a generous and rich breakfast.

Wi-Fi was good and the service was excellant. I was there for 5 nights and ate at attached restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel was very central, short walk to both the rail station and the restaurant which was excellent!

Modernized place, reasonable base for a short break. Varied options for breakfast. Very good building and beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with wooden floors. Attentive staffs, gave a few recommendations. Particularly good, fantastic location in the shopping area. And right at Ludwig Museum. From the train station 15 mins walk, easy to find.

The staff is caring and very competent. The location is central. It's found in a shopping area, a few steps away from many landmarks of Cologne.

The place was fairly clean with a nice design and really kind staff. The hotel has super location just next door to all the markets as well as the museums and other sites in the old town.

Overall it was bright with a bath or a shower. The setting was marvellous, next to many Chirstmas markets, cathedral and main railway station, and even a jazzbar.

Hotel's location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, in the centre of Cologne.

My stay was very nice for 1 night. Loved staying at the nicely decorated and well-appointed room with a double bed. The location was magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Altstadt-Nord district was worth visiting.

The location was incredible and great, just next door to the pedestrian shopping street, the markets and the city center. We stopped by Cafe Reichard for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Appreciated my room, it was stylish and nicely equipped with a great view of the dom. A lounge area and a separate lounge were all available. The location was central, not far from the shopping district and 5 minutes by foot from train station, and there were a cathedral and a museum close to the venue. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. All the employees were very efficient and attentive.

The place is DELIGHTFUL and fairly clean. Its rooms are fairly quiet and bright with great bed and bathroom. The restaurant in the hotel is nice for lunch and dinner.

All in all everything was very good, had a very pleasant stay for 1 night. It was a magnificent and incredible location for us, short walk to the Church and the Christmas Market, the Museum Ludwig and the Cologne Dom and the centre next to the cathedral. Altstadt-Nord district was worth staying in. The cigar bar was a plus.

The location was unbeatable, close to an art gallery. It was close to the train station, I loved it. The staff was accommodating and caring which made me feel welcome. Design of the rooms looked nice, rooms themselves were silent and updated...

The total stay was very very good for 1 night. Its location was central, 500 metres from a famous Romanesque cathedral. Classic twin room I stayed at was elegant with nice furnishings.

the location was stunning, for example, a roman-catholic cathedral was not too far away from the hotel. it took us 19 minutes to drive to this luxury accommodation from the airport. the room itself was updated.

The property is very clean and deluxe. We were in the deluxe king room with central heating, a laptop-size safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was fantastic and easily accessible.

Located very close to chocolate museum, the hotel had easy access to hohenzollern bridge. We dined at Em Krutzche, that is just 400 feet away.
