Lovely hotel with very, very nice employees at the reception especially Alexandero good customer service Quiet room with bathtub, a pull out bed plus a good view.

Decent meal and helpful service. Easy check out.

Remote location near to the city center by using tram, and the Xmas Markets, it was in a business area. The ambience felt really comfortable and the service was friendly.

It was fairly clean, the staff was amicable, plus the service was excellent. I had brand-new, modern room complete with 4 beds installed, bathtub, for example.

Its location was great, to tram into central Cologne, and in a lovely area.

The restaurant was small for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. It had a good bed, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Its magnificent, remote location was a plus.

It had all needed for a short break in Cologne. We had a nice hot breakfast with alternative warm food can served alternative warm food. The staff was affable and always on disposal. The location was perfect and good, easy to get to-and-from on public transport, in the business area.

Unbeatable and easy location, in a shopping area at the edge of the town. Based right by Cologne Cathedral as well as the Autobahn, shops and restaurants. High-class and beautifully maintained units with bathtub and a pull out bed plus open windows. A huge variety of outstanding food for meals.

Overall it was great modern with bathtub. The location for Cologne was perfect and excellent, near a shopping area at the edge of the town and tram station.

The location was perfect and comfortable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the area was shopping. The room was brand-new, it had a hair dryer, terry dressing gowns, and fresh towels.

It was just off Heumarkt which is in the centre of town and tram station and supermarket, perfect and marvellous location overall.

The rooms were fairly quiet and bright, complete with a pull out bed, very nice bathroom plus bathtub, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The staff was very, very nice, accommodating all the time. Our hotel was in a marvellous location on the tram for about half hour 40 minutes.

The privilege double room was well-appointed and had a private safe, a minibar, and central heating.

The staff were amicable, the location was peaceful. The airport was a 23-minute drive from the property. The atmosphere created was comfortable. I was given a bright room with the the couch and a pull out bed plus bathtub.

If you want to visit ludwig museum, you should stay here. Junkersdorf Marsdorf neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting...
