The bed and pillows were extremely comfy, and the room itself was well-appointed and new-fashioned. The personnel was experienced and flexible. Besides, the location was perfect and magnificent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Cologne Chocolate Museum.

It had quiet and handy location with access to Bastei nearby. And the area was safe, just next door to taxis, a supermarket, restaurants and the Rhine and the center which is fair.

Enjoyed the place, had a real good stay for 2 nights. The room with large tv. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of a giant Gothic cathedral. You could walk to supermarkets and fairgrounds.

Excellent swimming pool and fantastic location. Appreciated that air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a sitting area were included. Theodor-Heuss-Weiher is close enough to the hotel.
