Spent 1 night here with my family members, had a really great stay overall. In general the service was excellent. Kind staff and the location was brilliant and awesome. Btw, went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Wonderful, outstanding room with complimentary bottled water, free safety deposit box plus large TV! Nice food for breakfast. Brilliant and exceptional location very close to the Old Town, walk from eateries and cafes.

We spent 2 nights in standard double room with large TV, shower and balcony. Enjoyed the comfortable decor of the room. The location was very central, great for a cathedral and a church located walk from the hotel.

Everything was fabulous and met needs well. Clean and the staff was superfriendly and amicable. The room I got was lovely looking and newly remodelled, complete with the bedroom, the open shower, tassimo coffee, truly enjoyed it.

Modern and functional place all in all, has responsive staff especially Duty Manager. The building is really nice and the rooms are well decorated with the bedroom and really comfy beds. The breakfast with endless Tea & Coffee and blueberries is wonderful for what is offered. The hotel has a central location next to the river.

Good-sized and recently renovated rooms, amicable stuff especially Duty Manager. Clean good facilities and extremely comfy beds. A downtown area, amazing and lovely location near the Cologne center and the Haymarket.

The setting was exceptional, short walk to the centre of the city, the river and lovely breakfast and area attractions, restaurants and places of interest.

Overall it was fairly quiet and bright, with an open bathroom. The beds were lovely in the comfortable bedroom. The location was marvellous and the breakfast was good.

Well-equipped units with tassimo coffee, large TV plus the bedroom. Good meals. Magnificent, fantastic location close enough to S-bahn, genuinely helpful staff.

The hotel had a very central location close to the river so great place to stay if you want to use the cruise tours. The staff were polite and courteous, everything was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the apartment I had with the bedroom, the shower and complimentary bottled water.

It was clean and the staff were cheerful and fabulous, beds were quiet. This excellent hotel had very central setting close to the Christmas Markets. The service was nice, just like I expected. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. Had a fantastic stay here.

I spend 1 night in Cologne lovely. The staffs were kind & personable. The service offered was excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The breakfast was satisfactory and marvellous with lots of options.

Stayed here with my family members and everything was brand-new. They provided lots of fine choices for breakfast that was included. The location was marvellous and stunning, very close to tram station 1 and 9, good for travellers coming from Koeln-Deutz and Christmas Markets.

Had fantastic stay during our visit and the weather was particularly warm. Beautiful and incredible room with balcony, fabulous staff - everything was brand-new. The location was brilliant and exceptional, walk from eateries and cafes. We really enjoyed being in this place.

The location of the venue is excellent and fab, so close to town center, the chocolate museum which is fascinating and the Old Town, where lots of shops, restaurants, bars can be found. And it's by Rhine.

All the staff was cheerful, fixed my issues. I was offered a marvellous breakfast for the quality.

Place was clean, everything was perfect. We were met by pleasant, perfect personnel. The location was peaceful, at a walking distance from Ludwig Museum. It was located in a pretty quiet area very close to the Gross St Martin, restaurants and the chocolate museum. Besides, the parking was on site.

The breakfast certainly should have been included in my rate.

The rooms are compact with brilliant bathrooms and have a convenient interior:)))

Loved the place, had a really amazing stay during our visit. The location was handy, relatively close to Domplatte. A museum and a cathedral were walk from the accommodation.

The hotel is situated in the very central location close to tram station. It's near bars, restaurants and clubs as well as the nearby church.

Too small bathroom.

This was my REALLY REALLY NICE stay during our visit. The location was best possible, for example, a Gothic city hall was relatively near the hotel.

Comfortable room with the open shower, a fully equipped kitchenette plus balcony.

Clean place in functional style with all necessary facilities. Unbeatable, magnificent location in close tot the river. Also - near shops, the Gross St Martin, central station.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would definitely recommend it. The staff was accommodating, pleasant, and responded promptly to requests. The location was fab and handy, just a short walk away from Cologne Chocolate Museum.

Had updated room with separate bathroom and a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card. The location walk from a main station was fab. Besides, the area was calm, next to Haymarket. You could leave a car on site.

This hotel was a comfortable place for city break. Friendly staff, bright room, private parking available. For lunch or dinner go to Athen's, located right at the property.

We liked hotel's location and facilities. Wasn't expecting to have a kitchenette. Altstadt-Sud district certainly deserves to be visited. For breakfast venue charges 19 eur per person per day.

Room was modern. That hotel was in a good location. A quick 10-minute walk is needed to reach ludwig museum❤
