The property was nicely decorated and we had a great stay. Extraordinarily friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. It was spotless, neat and with a comfortable bed. The hotel had a central location near tram3&4good for getting to Cologne center.

The total stay was lovely for one night of stay. It was in a the best location with helpful and pleasant staff. There was a good restaurant, the main shopping centre and fairgrounds next door.

Really enjoyed it. Had 1 night in Cologne, spending my time here lovely. It was in an excellent location just off major shopping places, Close to Leverkusen and restaurant for dinner. The room was pleasantly furnished and big, the bathroom was clean. The beds were very comfy, view over garden was perfect. The staff was brilliantly friendly and efficient, everything was very good.

Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was perfect and great so close to city centre, the central business district of Koeln and restaurant. The staff were very good and really kind in the whole property. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early.
The staff we met were quite rude.

The breakfast with pastries was satisfactory, you’ll find what you need. The location was unbeatable and particularly good, to city centre over the Rhine!

The pleasant staff all round. Perfect and particularly good location in a shopping area close enough to Close to the tram, the nearest train stop and bar/restaurant.
Beds were a bit hard.

Had a fantastic stay during our trip. Location: the hotel was really close to the river and city that is Cologne, stations making getting around easy and the U-Bahn. The restaurant was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

They had everything we wanted for our business trip, we really enjoyed staff and service. We stayed in a standard king room with an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing desk. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Burns Lounge that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Comfortable base for 3 nights...
