Truly stunning place with well-mannered employees from room servicing through to management. Nice swimming pool area and perfect and marvellous breakfast with cheeses and a lovely panoramic view, for instance.

Welcoming staff, excellant views on the cathedral, everything is well-maintained. Offers fantastic service and fine food. Overall nice facilities, there's paid parking. The hotel has got an excellent restaurant especially for a last minute dinner.

The location was great, directly to the river a d the cathedral! Moreover, it was just a pleasant stroll away from a premier shopping center. Truly enjoyed our rooms with fantastic large comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very very good with lots of nice food. This hotel was set in a very central area not far from all the sights, shopping, restaurants.

We were in a double room with tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table.

The breakfast selection was perfect and particularly nice with egg station and a minimum spread. Unbeatable location from pretty much everything you need to see from a tourist perspective was a plus.

We appreciated the triple room which was perfect with club lounge access. The hotel had a very central location to the Airport on the S13 or S19 Train-Also the Arena.

It was an unbeatable and stunning location for us, very close to the pedestrian and railroad bridge to the station, cathedral, museum, old town, and a nice park that has a fantastic playground for kids.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were so relaxed.

First-rate place with very amiable staff and splendid views. Nice bedroom. Amazing, incredible location not far from the market area, Köln Messe/Deutz train station and Cologne for a concert. Amazing food in the lobby restaurant in the vicinity. Very good services! Excellent pool to relax in too.

The double room with club level access, facilities worked for us. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were fairgrounds and a market nearby.

Everything was well-maintained, so were epic views of the magnificent cathedral on the opposite side of the river. The hotel had an unbeatable location to city centre also.

This hotel had a very central position to Ludwig museum.

The unit we got was large and airy with a nice view, separate shower and a King Size Bed.

The location was brilliant - short walk to the cathedral of Cologne and the Old Town. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel was in the very central setting to Cologne center. And we were very close to both the railway stations, the beautiful bridge and the Christmas markets.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife, had a very comfortable stay. This stunningly beautiful hotel had very central setting to a great Mexican restaurant for dinner. Moreover, it was just off cathedral on the river, the trade fair and a train station providing quick access to the airport, and Cologne town centre.

The property has a magnificent and wonderful location, just off the Chocolate Museum, the huge shopping/restaurant area the docks where the river tours are, anwhere, the markets, cathedral and train station, and the famous Cologne bridge on the other side of the central station. The room is extremely pleasant and includes a big size bathroom.

The staff was well-mannered and absolutely courteous, the bathroom was luxury. The room was airy and included a safe, a mini-bar, and coffee and tea making equipment, appreciated it.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent in a shopping area, adjacent to the train station and the Cologne Cathedral as well as the main sightseeing area. The staff was very friendly and the room was brand-new with very clean beds.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really nice stay with top quality service. The breakfast was fantastic and wonderful and there was a great selection of fab food. The staff were amazingly efficient and excellent and the design was gorgeous.

The restaurant was very nice especially for a last minute dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The pool was excellent and I had carbonated drinks in the downstairs bar.

We think it's a fantastic base for staying in Cologne. It has a magnificent location very close to restaurant, cathedral and shops around.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of a modern museum. Our room was spotless with the view. During christmas everything was perfect and we would stay here again.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to Kolntriangle Skyscraper. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, a minibar and central heating inside the room...

Fantastic river view from the room and very good breakfast. Only 10 minutes walk from Cologne center. Lovely base for a 2-night stay.

The bed was too soft.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff is great. We had a nice view from our room. Loved that they had onsite restaurant Glashaus, no need to go somewhere else...
