the staff was very amiable can provide additional tips. the location was particularly good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. tried some nice meals at cham restaurant, located extremely close to the hotel.

There were central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room, really enjoyed that. It had gates, comfortable bed. The staff were amicable and the setting was great...

Delicious breakfast with a lot of options, STRAIGHTFORWARD and clean place. Affable and really friendly staff members, good location just off the subway station near Koelnmesse and Lanxess Arena, public transport, and the center. Also, to the Cologne cathedral.
