Everything was very good, including competent staff at the reception desk. The room we had was well-equipped and neat with a clean bathroom, coffee, as for instance. It had perfect location very close to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Its location within walking distance of Sainsbury's was great and fantastic.

Had such great stay in February and the weather was warm. The location was great, close to Neumarkt as well as night life, in a fairly nice area. Had good sleep at the triple room with all necessary things, a clean bathroom, coffee.

Recently refurbished and cool hotel that has fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the family room with the view of the street. The beds are good, the breakfast is perfect. The location is very central. Also it is very close to the bars, the trams, and the center of Cologne.

Appreciated the place, had an excellent stay for one night. The breakfast was large with good hours, and the staff was incredibly kind. The location in a nice area was particularly good and perfect and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. Btw, went to city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It was practical, brand-new and with big bathroom. An electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were great.

Marvellous and stunning location with private parking near Hostel Köln as well as many restaurants and the pedestrian zone. Nearby Ivory Lounge - great place to chill out.

Truly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The rooms were modern with good bathroom, the staff were absolutely kind. The location was amazing and magnificent, not far from public transport, all important landmarks and main station and communal areas. Altstadt-Sud district was worth exploring. The whole experience was really comfortable.

Overall it was a real good stay in February. The staff were very very helpful, and the room was great-sized and brand-new with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

Location - marvellous and incredible, just next door to the tourist attractions and city centre. Nice staff all over the place.

Plus, the location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, minutes from Stadtgarten Cologne.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - ease of access to Neumarkt. The hotel itself was in a shopping area, so close to tram and metro, the Neumarkt, right in the center of the city, and the shopping street.

Magnificent, wonderful location in the centre. Based very close to the Hostel Köln, and the trams and shopping & food venues. Spacious and neat units with good value of money, a very nice bathroom, comfy beds.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about, I do recommend it. Little hotel, the overall ambience was family and the food was great. The property was in a very central location close to travel links. Café The Great Berry located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The venue was in a very central location close to the Neumarkt, right in the center of the city as well as the nightlife is. We asked for a big size and huge room with private bathroom, coffee, good value of money and got one.

The hotel's location was PERFECT, so close to the tourist attractions and city centre and the tram station. The atmosphere created was quiet. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was large and perfect with good coffee.

The room was huge and spacious, had private bathroom. The breakfasts were satisfactory and exceptional with good coffee. Its location was very central, not too far from Neumarkt. Everything was wonderful, but a few employees were not very friendly.

Had real good stay overall, ideal place and the weather was warm. All the staff was very helpful, settled my issues. I got complimentary double room with big bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was large, the check in was easy. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Cologne...

Thanks very much guys for a nice stay on a business trip. A family room with private bathroom has basic facilities you need.

The venue was set in the very central position close to communal areas, the Altstadt of Köln and the trams and shopping & food venues. The breakfast was perfect and exceptional and provided with good coffee.

It has great location a couple of blocks away from Rudolfplatz. Make sure you stay in the triple room with a clean bathroom, nice breakfast, as example.

Had a lovely stay on a business trip. The staff were all really friendly and amiable. We got spotless room for breakfast for baby of 2 months. The hotel had a very central setting near by the tram station. A cool bonus was Riphahn Cafe & Restaurant, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

Marvellous location, at a short distance from a decorative arts museum. Also - next to all important landmarks, supermarkets, and city center and metro station. A huge variety of fab food.
