Everything was very good, had a pleasant stay for 1 night. Our standard twin room was pet-friendly and brand-new with comfortable beds. Our accommodation was set in a central location near Autobahn and airport, the nearest metro station and the Palladium. Ate at Grumbles, it's relatively near the venue.

Overall it was comfortable modern and well-maintained, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was more than adequate and incredibly nice and included.

Particularly good and perfect location easy to get in to the center of Cologne by bus or tram and easy access to a market and shops. Fashionable and compact units on level 4.

Very rude staff!

I appreciated to be here, everything was great. The staff was nice, pleasant. The continental breakfast was nice and had a lot of meals. The rooms were spacious and cheap and the location was easy near the metro station. And it was also just off buses, the autobahn and transport to the city centre.

The rooms were high standard, well-maintained and with sofa bed.

We needed to have bar.

Overall it was pet-friendly on level 4. Excellent staff, everything was really good. Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was good sized. Had good continental breakfasts with rolls and which is always a plus when looking for an accommodation in Germany. The hotel had a remote position short walk to most urban areas in Germany, business Düsseldorf messe and the trains/tram.

Pleasant team with great staff members. The double room was compact, excellent for one night. The bathroom was fairly clean and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets for my convenience.

Modest and modern place, it has accommodating staff on the next shift and the following day. The room is functional and large and essentials you need, including a hair dryer and an iron, is right there.

The hotel offers decent and excellant location close enough to the nearest restaurants at Wiener Platz, public transport that requires a minimum of 10 minutes walk and main train station. The standard queen room is new-fashioned with good facilities and the sofa bed.

The hotel's location was easy, right by Cologne, the city center and other parts of NRW. It also was as in most urban areas in Germany.

We greatly enjoyed the food and staff. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like China Wok that was only 10 minutes' walk away...
