Kommerzhotel Koeln

We had a real good stay at this budget hotel. The location was comfortable: a main shopping street and shopping streets were within walking distance. The queen room had all necessary amenities.

Some of the staff were rather indifferent.

The location was great, just next door to river, Central Station and main cathedral and the shops and cathedral. The staff there were consistently courteous and efficient. The breakfast was satisfactory with good view-Room and coffee or tea to choose from.

Modern low-budget property with attentive staff at the reception desk. Freshly prepared and very good breakfast, particularly coffee and bakery. The best and top location, just a walk down to everywhere. Situated in a safe area.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, opposite a train station, so it was really easy to travel around.

The stay at this ideal and pleasant hotel was an excellent one. The room with sleeping couch. The staff was amicable, consistently courteous, and responded promptly to requests. In the restaurant they served Korean cuisine dishes.

Loved the way my deluxe queen room was arranged with the bathroom, out-of-date furniture, as example. The food was freshly made and the location was incredible.

The location was marvellous and incredible, near to the sights that we wanted to see. The room we got was updated and soundproof with good view, a bathtub and air conditioning.

The hotel was clean and ideal, had lovely views of cathedral and very central location. The venue had a very central position right by central train station which was suitable for early train to airport, central Cologne and the shops.

The breakfast was fresh and very very good for coffee or tea and with fresh food. The hotel had an ideal location close to St Chad's.

It was a very very good stay on our second visit. Liked our standard room. Central location was a plus. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Reissdorf im Mondial. There was a nice restaurant for evening meals in the hotel.

Really had perfect stay on our second visit. Updated room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Marvellous and stunning location, beach area, near to a really good Korean restaurant, train station which is next to Koelner Dom & 5 minutes from main shops and Cologne for a trade fair or business trip. Besides, very convenient to Cologne Philharmonic Hall.

Enjoyed the economy double room with fold out sofa bed, all the basics and air conditioning I was given. The breakfast was freshly prepared, lots of fresh food.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was fresh for coffee or tea. Its location few metres away from Ludwig Museum was perfect. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very very helpful and efficient. Set opposite the train station, which helped to explore Cologne.

The bed was a bit too soft here.

Clean hotel in the middle of Cologne. Freshly cooked and great breakfast, variety of meals. Updated rooms with the bathroom and very comfortable beds plus air-conditioning, good service. Excellent location close enough to the main train station and bus station and the Rhein river in the Altstadt which is a short walk away. Again, not far from a roman-catholic cathedral.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, just off the centre of town, and restaurant and supermarket and easily accessible. Had lunch/dinner at Coffee Fellows, which I found not too far away from the hotel. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very very good and consisted of fresh meals.

This extremely convenient and modern hotel had a central setting to everything you want to see. Luckily it was close to Mccafe, had pastries there when it was very hot outside.

The location was comfortable and incredible, close to Musical Dome. What's more, it was so close to the city's main tourist attractions and good restaurants, Dusseldorf and a really good Korean restaurant around the corner.

The hotel of choice in Cologne. Good choice for discovering Cologne with efficient staff at the reception desk. Incredible and handy location as only 5 minutes to Rathaus City Hall. Next to a train station, that's cool.

Planned to see Cologne major attractions and it was suitable place for visiting all of them. Spectacular views were a bonus! The venue was in a central location.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

The hotel is very clean. Location was marvelous, we really enjoyed it. 300 metres away there is Gaffel am Dom, where you can dine.

location is fantastic. walking to the central station from centro hotel kommerz was easy. you can eat at asiagourmet, which is set 200 metres away from the property.
