The hotel is lovely traditional and spotless, nestled in a very luxurious building with magnificent view of the cathedral.

The location right opposite the fabulous cathedral was perfect.

Everything was perfectly fine, best possible location so close to the downtown, and the main attraction of the city, well-trained staff.

A nice size and well-equipped units with an excellent bathroom and coffee, and the staff were competent! The location was best possible for me.

I was here for 3 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant with impeccable service. There was a marble-lined bathroom with a tub and a bidet. This accommodation had a central setting by the river:)))

It was a 1st class and charming old hotel with helpful staff. The breakfast was wide ranging and sensational and all the food was amazing. In front of the train station, the location was stunning and fantastic, so close to the christmas markets. I ate at the Michelin star rated restaurant near the property. I liked 2 nights in this property.

Plus, the location is magnificent and incredible, minutes from a giant Gothic cathedral. And it's near to the Dom and main central railway station, the cathedral, train station, old city, shopping streets and of course the Rhine, and the main attraction.

The personnel was responsive and service-minded. The room was brand-new, which also was spotless.

cologne is worth vacation, appellhofplatz subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. we appreciated excelsior ernst.
