Attentive staff and fantastic location to the City center & old town, everything was really good.

Truly enjoyed the standard room overlooking the city. The bathroom was big size and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets for my convenience.

It has fairly quiet employees like the manager. The superior room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and a fridge.

High-class old-fashioned hotel with acceptable value, we had an exceptional stay.

I had a clean and luxury room, enjoyed the lovely bed. The breakfast had a great selection of astonishing options, and was magnificent. The staff was willing to help, and the services were excellent.

Wonderful place & silent room that was huge. The restaurant was pleasant for lunch and dinner here, I had amazing dishes. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Courteous stuff like the manager, had a very nice attitude. The location was marvellous, about 20-minute walk into town. Also, the area was good. I truly enjoyed this hotel.

Everything is clean and great. It has lovely stuff members like the manager. Double room is impressive, has a good bathroom. There is a coffee maker and refrigerators.

By and large, it was beautiful and ideal place with kind staff like the manager. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner and for every budget.

The rooms were new-fashioned and silent, with a bath. Amazing location, the staff was willing to help.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. Superior room was fine and amazing had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Amazing, fantastic staff who was willing to help. I had a magnificent and amazing breakfast with many healthy options. The location of the hotel was brilliant, to the restaurant before 0900 hours.

We spent 1 night in superior room with the carpet along the entire landing as well as smal blanket etc. The location was brilliant, not too far away from Hohenzollern Bridge.

The hotel had a marvellous location easy to get around albeit on the other side of the Rhine from shops etc.

All in all, it's ideal place that has fairly quiet staff like the manager. The location of the hotel is super, really close to Right next to tram station, Lanxess Arena, and the expo. Within 1 km you'll find Joe Champs, where you can drink something.

Had standard room with extra bed, the most pathetic pillows and restaurant onsite if required.

The location was excellent and perfect, for example, Lanxess Arena was relatively near the hotel. The staff was willing to help with all my questions. The restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner, I tried delicious dishes.

We have booked twin room with nice modern facilities. The setting of hotel was particularly good and unbeatable, near the Cathedral or downtown.

The property was good value and extremely comfy with attentive staff like the manager. The location was fantastic and amazing, just next door to fairground, a taxi, and Messe, Tran station and walking distance to town.

Thank you for a great stay. It's a luxurious hotel in the gorgeous building. The location of the property is stunning, near the Lanxess Arena and transport links and walking distance from the river and cafes/bars. It's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Backstage, spent evening there. The staff are courteous, offer terrific services.

Every time in Cologne, I choose this place. The units are impressive, luxury with the bedroom, the comfort of Nespresso, as for instance. At the main bar they serve excellent food and drinks.

Truly enjoyed it during our great stay. The location was marvellous, ate in the ' pub', and the bed exceptionally comfortable. We stayed in a spacious room, which had a view of city. Every staff member was pleasant and exceptional.

Fantastic and magnificent breakfast with many healthy options served in the bar. Marvellous and incredible location for Cologne, next to the river and cafes/bars, the train station to city centre and the Dom and trade fair. Also, directly in front of the Koelnmesse fairground.

Our favourite, good central hotel in Cologne with pleasant stuff. Interesting design of interiors in standard room. Only 20 minutes walking to downtown.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Courteous staff, sensational breakfast, unbeatable location close to transport links and train. Pretty building and rooms with nice decoration. An electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe were convenient. Good service overall and parking on-site. Not to mention good wifi!

Lanxess arena is "next door" and you can reach Koln Messe subway station within 5 minutes walk. 500 feet away from the hotel there is paparazzi restaurant, which is a good dining choice.
