Just perfect experience, holiday base for exploring the city. All in all magnificent and unbeatable location, right by the vibrant city center, and the Xmas market.

Very amiable people working here, great quality and fully equipped place. Excellent and stunning location, not too far from a public park. A good restaurant in the hotel itself.

This was a really really nice stay for a business trip. We had the comfort double room which was neat with good facilities. The pleasant staff offered us a very good breakfast.

Everything was perfectly fine, reasonably clean hotel, perfectly comfortable and easy location in the centre of cologne.

The location was very central, near public transport or feet, the market and the shopping center. The stuff was extremely helpful and attentive, excellant services.

The location was magnificent, and the large and superb breakfast was offered. There was a pleasant restaurant, a market and the Christmas market next door. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

Everything was perfect, including outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff that cooked eggs according to your request. We got large superior room with view to the dome as an upgrade, nice gesture. For our christmas the location was marvellous, close to bars, shops and restuarants, and the center.

Our superior king room was air-conditioned with a lovely view of the cathedral. The location was very central, fantastic near the cathedral.

Lovely welcoming and nicely presented hotel with an excellent staff and a downstairs bar. Very good building, simply perfect location adjacent to the bar / restaurant downstairs til the wee hrs of the morning, the pedestrian zone, and central sightseeing. Again, walking distance to an art gallery. Easy check in and in general very good service. The pool area was clean too.

I was upgraded to a brand-new family room with view to the dome. The location was nice in the city center also a tram stop is right outside the front door.

Had comfort double room with 2 single beds, wonderful view, for instance. With an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. Amazing location very close to shopping streets, all major attractions, and the Cathedral, half of which was over a historic bridge. Also, right next to Underground.

The total stay was very pleasant for a business trip. The location was excellant and unbeatable, you can visit an art gallery by walking. This hotel was in a pretty area next to central sightseeing, the cathedral "Dom " and Schokoladenmuseum and downtown / Heumarkt.

Place was clean, everything was GREAT. The staff were kind and unobtrusive, it was a bonus. It had very central location close to Cologne Philharmonic Hall.

The location is perfect and easy, 1 km from a shopping mall. It is found in a secure area just next door to the restaurant at breakfast, the old town, close to the waterfront, and the waterfront. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware are a nice touch.
