The units are spotless with large bed. They have a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The room was compact and neat, we had coffee & tea making facilities and fridges. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The overall experience was really comfortable, loved our stay very much and would definitely return here. Hotel was fairly clean and convenient with superfriendly staff and brilliant location right in the centre of town.

Appreciated the European-style building and our spotless and budget room with large bed. The location was marvellous and particularly good there, exactly near the Cathedral square.

Clean, fair value hotel, the location was marvellous right by the Christmas markets, cologna center train station and the Cathedral and the mains train station. We stayed in spotless and budget room on the ' balcony ', and liked it. The staff were competent and know their duties...

All the staff were fairly friendly, efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed the rooms, they were spotless on the ' balcony '.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

Our room was compact and new-fashioned, had hypoallergenic pillows. We had a lovely bed, a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.
