Amiable staff with good manners. Nice bed, soundproof room with a pleasant view of the cathedral.

Silent rooms and neat with facilities as described and tea or coffee plus clean linen. Perfect, incredibly comfortable location very close to the train station and cologne cathedral as well as Dusseldorf. Also, close to everything.

The room was spotlessly clean with a double bed and coffee plus a game of cards, just what was needed. The decor here was contemporary.

Everyone was very helpful and excellent. This hotel was set in a central area really close to restaurants by the river and the main railway station, cathedral and shops. Found The Cask Pub & Kitchen with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

A classic twin room with a pleasant view of the cathedral, had requested this in advance. The service here was terrific.

I would recommend the place. The hotel was clean based in an European style building with very very helpful and exceptionally courteous staff. Its location was central, minutes from Colonaden.

Would stay here again and would recomand it to others. It's clean, pleasant hotel and the staff is very very helpful. The rooms are decent sized on five floors, so that guests have essentials. The property has an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location minutes from the train station. The restaurant is terrific!

The building is very good and the rooms are a decent size and stylish. The location is decent, 1 km from Domplatte.

The location was the best, within easy walking distance of a modern museum. The staff were attentive lot of the time. Booked a room with nice views of the cathedral.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a very nice experience. The staff were excellent and pleasant people. Particularly good and magnificent location on where to eat in the neighbourhood, all was perfect. Besides, it was short walk to supermarkets, Central Railway Station, and the town centre and the Rhine river. The food they offered was high quality, had plenty of meals.

We were moved to a classic twin room with all facilities.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so friendly.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, within a close distance from Ludwig Museum. The breakfast offered was the best and satisfactory with toast, sausages and yoghurts.

Enjoyed spending my time in this immaculately clean low-budget hotel. All the staff was excellent, settled my issues. Stayed in classic twin room for a game of cards which was perfect for me. Central heating, an iron and a work desk where a huge plus. This was a comfortable and decent location so close to The Cathedral and rail station, quiet street. I found Gaffel am Dom offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

The location was great for walking around a renowned monument. The hotel was set in a very quite area.

The rooms were silent and mine was fashionable with very useful fan, a game of cards, as for instance. I had astonishing food for breakfast with hot food available.

This hotel was charming small and great value and breakfast was satisfactory. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. The best location in quiet street close to city center, easy to get anywhere. And just off the main train station on a quiet street.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a shopping area, so close to the Cathedral and the train station, and traditional pubs and restaurants. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with hot food available. The location was stunning, for example, Hohenzollern Bridge was not too far from the venue.
