Everything was brand-new, nice hotel. The staff was all very flexible and amicable. The location was particularly good and practical: a large supermarket and supermarkets were within walking distance. Had tea and goodies at Al Baretto, nestled 1 km of the property. Appreciated my stay, had a great experience...

Good and marvellous location, it was next to a tram station. You could walk to shops and a bakery. The studio apartment was spacious and had a dining area, pay television and a seating area.

the location was nice and marvellous and a tram station was in front of the hotel. sulz district was worth staying in. the room we booked was reasonably spacious, with kitchen, comfortable bed, as for instance. layout and interior design where nice.

It offers great location very close to Cologne for a conference, a shop, bakery, pizza restaurant and wonderful, wonderful Falafel/Kebap place that stays open till 23, and stops of the public transport. The staff are amazingly kind, managed the parking nearby.
