Cityclass Hotel Am Heumarkt

The employees were attentive and knowledgeable. I asked for double room and it was brand-new.

The rooms were nicely furnished and with a balcony. The breakfast had plenty of food, like cereals and cheese. The location was perfect, happy to recommend places to go or order taxis etc and the interior design was modern.

I think the hotel was well-appointed, would stay here again. Came here for christmas, had good 1 day overall. Delicious breakfasts at 10:40, enjoyed it. Extremely helpful staff at reception desk and the location was magnificent very close to train station. Plus, it was short walk to the shops, Cologne centre about 5-10minutes walk from teh Dom and close to the river and shopping area and square, bars and restaurants.

The vibe here was homelike. It had unbeatable location, really close to a walk across the riverside, and museums, the concert hall, the fabulous cathedral. Besides, we were a 4-6 minute walking distance from Church Street.

Tidy and excellent value place with attentive staff at reception desk. Newly renovated family room with a balcony, family atmosphere. Absolutely perfect central location, just next door to cafes, restaurants, cathedrals, shopping areas and museums and the " Altstadt ". Besides, easy to get to a romanesque church.

The location was marvellous for exploring this central area, near to a big plaza with a lot of restaurants, many restaurants and bars and the highlights of the city.

Tasty cereals and cheese to every taste. Functional and good modern room available with bathroom and AC plus fans. Perfect, excellent location in the shopping area. Very good service within 20 km of the airport.

We were given stylish room with aircondition, AC, comfy bed. The food was freshly made and included cereal and cheese.

Overall - nicely appointed and well priced place with extremely helpful staff at reception desk. Location - perfect next to the Rhine and Riverbank, and the bars and restaurants of the Heumarkt and Salzgasse.

Too small room.

Everything is fairly clean and really good. Good sized and reasonably priced rooms with modern design. Particularly helpful staff at reception desk, newly renovated facilities. Excellent location in Cologne, very close to the conference centre, and main tourist areas. Besides, easy access to an art gallery.

Newly decorated place, it was tidy and had very friendly and attentive staff at reception desk. Its location was central, very close to a historical market square.

The bed was good sized & room was good-sized. We truly enjoyed cereal and cheese at the breakfast. The hotel had a fantastic location next to a traditional puppetry - theatre.

All in all, it was wonderful base for travelling to Cologne. The stay during the Christmas holidays certainly was good value. Got modern looking and stylish room with great shower when arrived, appreciated that. The breakfast offered was lovely.

The property has a magnificent and perfect location, very close to rhein coast and metro station, the bars and restaurants of the Heumarkt and Salzgasse and the cathedral and airport. The units are nicely furnished with great shower.

Compact and reasonably priced rooms with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe, some with particularly nice views. Excellent location, a walking distance from an art gallery. Walking distance to a market and a mall across the street.

Comfort double room with a balcony, and good value in comparison with other options. The hotel's location was awesome, just next door to the center of Cologne, airport and other places in Germany and a local sightseeing and main train station. Altstadt-Nord district was worth staying in.

We stayed for christmas and would stay here again. Newly renovated place with attentive staff at reception desk, really enjoyed it. The location was nice, close to the main square, cathedral and the center of Altstadt 10 minutes walk from HBF, and the view was particularly nice...

The total stay was really nice for one comfortable night. There where a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar in the room, enjoyed that. We got delicious breakfasts at 10:40. It was in a magnificent location a walking distance from an art gallery. The area was shopping adjacent to cathedral, restaurants/pubs and shops, restaurants and the Cologne Cathedral.

The breakfast offered lots of food and was amazing and excellent. In general the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. It had marvellous location so close to Ludwig Museum. It was located in a central area so close to a quiet square off which alleyways lead to the bars and restaurants of the Heumarkt and Salzgasse.

The location was lovely for my stay, 400 metres from an art gallery. I was given double room with a private safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar.

I think it was good value. Everything was spotless and the view was particularly good. The staff were informative, kind, would definitely return. I enjoyed cereals and cheese in the morning.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay for two nights. The location of the hotel was prime - not very far from an art museum. You could walk to shops and various Christmas markets.

The hotel was clean with brilliant and easy location close to the main squares and practical rooms. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the city center, Cologne and the Christmas market. Had a truly memorable stay for one comfortable night, nothing too much trouble.

3-star hotel in Cologne. It is next to the airport. We could easily park nearby.

The staff were helpful and the setting was incredible. Minutes from ludwig museum and other tourist sights. 15 minutes on foot from the tube: )
