Place was reasonably clean and fantastic! The rooms were stylish and budget, absolutely perfect location. The staff were very very helpful and competent in case of questions.

Budget double room with large bathroom, a big bed plus large balcony. Magnificent central location and efficient staff. Walking distance to cool shops and supermarkets across the street.

Single room with a nice terrace, an opened couch, for instance. Minimalistic decor. Location short walk to shops and restaurants, the train station, and a fabulous cafe downstairs that offers a good range of high quality.

kaizen, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. the property itself was a great option.

Bar was pretty small. Cologne is worth vacation, Koln Sud subway station is 10 minutes walk for better exploring. Honestly nothing too much trouble...
