The hotel was fancy, the room was contemporary, the beds were comfortable. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant at the top floor. The canal view was amazing, the balcony was great.

The place was well-designed and lovely modern, with its knowledgeable staff at reception desk.

The place was top rated and clean. Our accommodation was set in a central location close to many areas, especially the "Arty " part and a Lindt chocolate museum. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Altstadt-Sud district. There were a coffeemaker, WiFi, and climate control in the room, appreciated that. The staff was very friendly and flexible.

Our room was nice modern and well laid out and provided with the bedroom, coffee making facilities, for instance as expected. Very good service offered in this hotel. The staff were all competent and caring, which was unquestionably a plus.

The property was comfortable modern with knowledgeable staff at reception desk. The canal view was fantastic and the location was amazing, just next door to the city centre right outside the Dom as well as the old center and chocolate museum. We had lunch in Boss Burger, placed close by.

The hotel is bright with incredibly nice employees at reception desk. The breakfast is extensive and sensational with which had real coffee, plently of fresh food, many healthy options, had everything you could imagine.

I thoroughly enjoyed high standard room with all the necessary conveniences and the staff were really efficient. Central location adjacent to the Dom and train station, and the Chocolate museum and other points of interest like the dome, it was in a nice surrounding area. I had lunch in Boss Burger, located nearby.

Our art double room had climate control and a hair dryer. We had an exceptional service, very tasty and excellent breakfast.

The setting was perfect, right by the river side and the river near the Chocolate museum. The rooms themselves were lovely sized and contemporary with a view.

The staff was really efficient and service-minded, they were always available. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and top, to navigate a boat in the harbor with the main shopping centre and shopping centres within walking distance. An in-house restaurant at the top floor was an advantage.

It's quaint and unique hotel, everything was very good. The location is handy and easy, 1 km from Domplatte. In-house restaurant on the premises is terrific.
