Sincerely, it was a VERY NICE stay for my business trip.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

Excellent facilities, with functional and stylish rooms. Excellent service.

We were offered a nicely furnished room with comfortable beds.

Whole place was clean with nice views; magnificent location to a sleeping area for 2. Well-kept and beautifully decorated room and kitchenette.

Well-designed and tidy rooms with a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a sitting area, particularly good views. Early check-in, incredibly welcoming employees.

The hotel offers great-sized, huge rooms with comfortable bed, kitchen, as example. The atmosphere of the property is contemporary.

Overall had really really nice stay for my business trip. Thoroughly enjoyed how the decent size room with good facilities was arranged when I arrived. The hotel was in a great location adjacent to markets, cathedral and the train station, the water front and the Cafes nearby. I had early meal in Boss Burger, based nearby.

The hotel's location was very central, perfect near to shopping center. The room was large and stylish on a double sofa bed, we stayed in all day.

I had relaxing 1-night stay here! Had the apartment which was new-fashioned with excellent facilities. All members of the staff were respectful and highly courteous. The service was very good and the food was tasty.

True 4-star experience, efficient service. A decent size rooms with comfortable bed, 6 + 2 children, as example, and superfriendly personnel. Breakfast with yoghurt and ham, for instance.

The location is marvellous, at a medium distance from a Roman - Catholic cathedral. Food options are freshly made. The staff are extremely polite and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location was handy and decent, close to Christmas market and chocolate museum. I have just spent 1 day in apartment and loved it.

I had very good days staying at this family-friendly hotel. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was stylish. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Everything was perfect, but a few employees were not very friendly. You could leave a car outside.

The rooms are fashionable with air conditioning, appliances and an extra blanket and the staff are respectful!

Stayed here during our christmas, it was a very nice experience. The room we got was new-fashioned. The facilities were great too.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a laptop-compatible safe, a sofa bed and central heating. The location was quiet, for example, Cologne Chocolate Museum was just a short stroll away from the hotel. What's more, it was near central station and Altstadt.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

We really enjoyed rooms with the sleeping couch. The location was very central, very close to shops & restaurants, central station and shopping area and the Altstadt, Dom & Christmas market.

It had central location close to St Peter's Church. The hotel was placed within 20 km of the airport. The atmosphere created was contemporary.

the venue was set in the very central position adjacent to old town, the cathedral and pubs. the breakfast was served in the lobby. the staff was competent all that time. we had a good stay that met expectations, will be back.

We were upgraded to studio with a kitchen on check in.

Ideal place for vacation, recommended. All in all, I spend my time nicely. I loved having a mini-kitchen. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Good choice of food at breakfast, such as coffee and tea.
