Altstadthotel Hayk Am Rhein

I appreciated the hotel, it was quaint and pleasant with good wi-fi. Thanks to the SUPPER FRIENDLY staff everything was 10/10, including variety of local food. Very central location was a plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed to be here for a christmas and would love to come back. The hotel was pleasant and clean, had exceptional views of the cathedral. We had the apartment with an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was huge and easy to move around, private bathroom. The personal was kind and very kind. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed, it had 2 single beds. The hotel had a very central position not far from tunnel which confused satnav, the attractions and Right on the Rhine near many shops.

My room was huge and neat with river views.

The location was unbeatable, just close to Fish Market. There were really nice beds and a kitchenette area and a living room inside the room.

The units are airy, good sized with a large wardrobe.

Appreciated it. Location: the hotel was close to historical centrum of Cologne, the lovely Rhine promenade, and Koln Dome / River / Shops / Cafes. Restaurant Cafe Reichard located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We were given a standard apartment, it was perfect and huge. The breakfast food, especially slices of fresh bread, cereals, and bakery was local.

Everything was simply great. My guest room was airy and large. The location was great in the heart of the Altstadt, you may take train on Cologne Central train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

Thank you very much guys for an enjoyable stay for one night. The staff are very very helpful and attentive, managed the parking nearby. It's based in the middle of the city. We do recommend the place and would have stayed for longer.

Fairly clean bathroom in the well-appointed and well-equipped room. Good facilities, very clean bed. The most important - top and convenient location directly to Rhine river.

No lift at all.

Twin room with a large wardrobe was the best. The location was great very close to downtown.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I truly enjoyed the river view from the standard apartment. The staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and helped me with public parking. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a grand Gothic cathedral.

The location it offers is magnificent, short walk to nightclubs which generally stayed open until around 2am and river and beautiful view. Altstadt-Nord district definitely deserves exploring.

Everything was great, and it had good wi-fi. The twin room had all we needed, including great-sized bathroom. The staff were cooperative and super-friendly day and night. The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to the city centre, the cathedral, Ludwig Museum, Rhein and shops, and such as the Haxenhaus.

The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish, recommend. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying an awesome area, next to the main bars and restaurants. The location was convenient, you can visit an art gallery by walking.

The units are huge, neat with microwave and a 2nd king double bed plus fridge. Staff is very helpful and you can park your car nearby. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling...

The stay was great. I got complimentary queen room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was magnificent, for example, Ludwig Museum was not too far from the hotel. It also provided lots of bars and restaurants.

The location was magnificent and brilliant, not too far from Gloria-Theater. Besides, it was near Cologne as well as pubs: D
