The rooms were fairly quiet like for kids kept by the really polite stuff. The food was fine, the breakfast was generous and incredible.

There was a slightly uncomfortable bed.

Loved the place, it was comfortable and worked for me. The staff was super friendly and really polite and always helped me. In overall the room was large and bright and like for kids. Central heating, a work desk and a TV were a nice touch. Everything was simply great.

Had a very pleasant stay of two nights, everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a recently renovated and good sized room like for kids. The location was the best and convenient in a very nice area, right by airport and the nice restaurant next door, and the airport station. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Golfclub Wahn.

the room was big, had clean private bathroom. the staff was pleasant and superbly friendly all the time. the breakfast was generous and included. the hotel was right by a taxi to cologne, the airport station and aachen thanks to its marvellous location. it also was on the the rock am ring music festival. overall the service was excellent.

Perfect and clean place overall with easy and exceptionally nice location on the the Rock am Ring music festival. Excellent staff and newly remodelled and quiet rooms with rof, TV channels, for instance.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Room service was really handy. The location was VERY CONVENIENT, with Zum Pitter nearby, where we could eat. It is next to the airport.
